Our goal is to create the perfect cup of coffee. The flavor and taste start with the bean. We searched the world over for the highest quality coffee beans and found the best growing high in the moutains of Maltagalpa Nicaragua.
The roasting process brings out that complex flavors of the coffee bean. We roast our beans here in California in order to deliver the freshest product possible. Our proprietary method is done by hand in the traditional style. It has been perfected over years to deliver a delicious robust coffee.
All of our coffee comes from the same farms in Maltagalpa, Nicaragua. We monitor all stages of cultivation, curing and delivery. By singles sourcing our coffee beans we can insure the consistency of both quality and taste of the coffee in your cup.
